You probably noticed that last weekend, the Brabanthallen in ‘s-Hertogenbosch was bursting at the seams for Europe’s Biggest and Best Carp Show: Carp Den Bosch 2023. Carp anglers from 29 different countries gathered to enjoy all that is new in the World of Carp Angling.
The 27th edition of the number one carp show
Due to the coronavirus, we had to sit on our hands for two years. This 27th edition of the carp show was also the first time that it was celebrated in the Brabanthallen. Which made it exciting and a little worrying as everything was also new to us.
At this location we have more space at our disposal. With a floor space of 24,000 m², compared to 20.000m² at our previous location, we had 4,000 m² more space this year than usual. We mainly used this space to create wider aisles between the 138 stands. This gives you as a visitor more space to see everything without breathing down the neck of other visitors.

As every year, Saturday was by far the busiest day, with 7,547 visitors. On Friday, 3,276 carp fishermen managed to find the Brabanthallen despite the snow and on Sunday we had a total of 5,555 visitors. This year we welcomed in total 16,378 visitors to the show in. It is good to know that you, the visitors showed your trust in us as organisers, by attending in such large numbers which is a great feeling! We’d like to thank you for that.
